SHARETECH provides a facilitation service to assist shareholders owning shares in companies on its associated company Private Company Platform’s (PCP) public facing web site (www.privatecompanyplatform.com) who may be desirous of selling such shares. Sharetech also helps facilitate the ability of people wishing to buy shares in the PCP platform companies though such interested parties need to be registered Followers on the PCP site for that / those companies they are interested in. Sharetech works closely with its parent entity – Advanced Share Registry Ltd (ASW) re registry support, transfer processing, issuing holding statements etc refer www.advancedshare.com.au.

We reserve the right to impose charges for providing such access to information.
